Bot Ice Mining fleet

Hi Guys,

Aakari, just a few jumps out of jita, home to many a newbie miner is being overrun by a 24-skiff, orca and 2 freighter fleet with Mach bumping on duty, blatantly broadcasting his 48 harvesters and sucking the ice field dry almost every 4 hour cycle.

skiffs always in 500m orbit around orca.

is BS Smartbombing possible, and if so how many roughly?

need some help please.
