Greetings from Frarn

Alyth Nerun
Dear Supreme Protector, Fellow believers

As many others, I was enlightened by the CODE very recently and it became clear to me that I had to do my part and spread the word. So what better place to start than my old home, where I first used a mining laser and damaged the environment in the process, probably permanently. So here is where I will teach others how to respect their environment, how they can become compliant to the CODE and how they can help to realize our Supreme Protectors vision of a better highsec.

I'm still learning how to aim, but the barges are slow and I think in the last two days their average velocity went up by quite a bit.

The locals are already getting used to it. Permits get payed, the place becomes more active as everyone starts to stay at the keyboard. A community is forming..

I will not lie to you, there are rebel influences here. I'm not sure how they reached Frarn so fast. But it becomes eminent that they have no place in this system.

I want close my posting with a picture of a success story

Sincerely
Agent Alyth Nerun
Dedicated CODE enforcer of Frarn

Re: Greetings from Frarn

I must say,

The only community that formed was keeping you from abusing and harassing the locals. Alyth came in and caused nothing but trouble. Immediately bumping active miners and doing nothing short of attempting to extort money. It is one thing to bump AFK pilots, however, it is a completely different matter to bump active miners. Alyth was very rude and caused much headache for the locals of Frarn today. Many expressing their desires for Alyth to leave. As a holder of 300 shares, I would like a full investigation into the rude and scamming styled actions performed by Alyth. I also recommend further training and that Alyth fully read the code multiple times and be tested before they're allowed to be an agent on behalf of James315.

Sincerely,
Nathan Gorden

Indeed a community was forming.

Space lawyer Nathan Gorden and his friends, teamed up, following me on every bump to greet me with their yellow boxes. They actually abandoned their AFK mining habits and started to play for a while. It was glorious.

Sincerely

Re: Greetings from Frarn

Nathan Gorden
In regards to Ayluth accusations of AFK mining.

What constitutes AFK mining? Clearly Alyth missed every indication of an AFK'er. Aluth was repeatedly bumping active miners. Miners were active, hauling and conversating in local chat. Then Alyth enters and claims this system as his own. After-which, many miners begin to complain and are harassed.

One instance, Nekro was being bumped even though he was actively talking in local. Alyth attempted to extort Nekro:

[ 2013.11.10 21:47:26 ] Alyth Nerun > Nekro Elder's a mining permit is only 10mil and valid for 1 year. Don't you think that would be a good investment?
[ 2013.11.10 21:48:00 ] Nekro Elder's > being that I should not have to pay a dam thing ... um no

Again the response from Tenma,
[ 2013.11.10 21:48:57 ] Tenma Tenshu > Alyth Nerun suck a dick, and shove that permit up your ass

Even attacking my personal character:
[ 2013.11.10 21:56:58 ] Alyth Nerun > Nathan Gorden I really start do doubt that you are old enough to play this game
[ 2013.11.10 21:57:17 ] Nathan Gorden > check my player age
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:21 ] Alyth Nerun > Nathan Gorden I already know your age
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:29 ] Nathan Gorden > Oh? do enlighten me
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:34 ] Alyth Nerun > 12

Alice, apparently had a run in earlier with Alyths poor character:
[ 2013.11.10 22:25:56 ] Alice Evotori > ill chase ya like i did earlier today

Much later, being fed up with the terrible display of conduct by Alyth, Nekro decided to reverse bump Alyth, distracting hard working miners from their jobs.
[ 2013.11.10 22:27:15 ] Nekro Elder's > come join the bump  Alyth Nerun party at  Frarn X - Asteroid Belt 1

Shadow commented on the issue:
[ 2013.11.10 22:53:47 ] Shadow Sklor > lol funny, about 5 people came to just bump the bumper

As a shareholder in Miner bumping this type of conduct is horrid and downright destructive to the message that I believe Miner Bumping wishes to achieve. Which was to prevent AFK miners. However, going against this primary code and disrupting good mining habits is intrusive and of poor taste.

Even his response to this post is nothing but sarcastic remarks as if he achieved something. The only thing that was achieved is the disruption of perfectly valid, non-afk, mining operations.

How can it be a perfectly valid mining operation when not a single miner has a permit or follows the Code of Conduct?

Re: Greetings from Frarn

Nathan Gorden
Were we AFK? No
Were we Botting? No
Were people showing botting behavior? No (chatting in local)
Was anyone being suicide gankers at the time? No
Was there excessive mining? No, Asteroid belts has plenty of rocks.
Was Local Clean? Yes, until Alyth began disrupting the peace.
Respect for Elected Officials? Yes, although James315 was not in system. Being that Alyth was not elected and instead a franchisee, this excludes Alyth.
Was there prejudice towards minorities? No
Did anyone submit a petition? Not to my knowledge.
If miners do not have a permit, three questions are to be asked to each miner by the local enforcement. Did this happen? No, a failure by Alyth.
To my knowledge, no-one is red-penned.

To which violation of the code of conduct were you referring?

Thank you,
Nathan Gorden

Mining without a permit is a clear violation of the Code.

As is harassing or interfering with duly appointed agents.  By disrespecting an agent of the New Order, you disrespect all agents of the New Order - along with the Supreme Protector Himself.

Nathan Gorden wrote

I believe you are referring to this clause in the Code:
"- If a miner does not wish to purchase a mining indulgence, he may still be granted a one-day reprieve, if he is able to correctly answer the Supreme Protector's Questions Three."

Did any miner respectfully tell agent Alyth that they wished to invoke the Supreme Protector's Questions Three?   Surely paying the 10 million is easier than answering questions for a one-day reprieve.

Simply send agent Alyth the Isk for the permits, and follow the Code.

There may be some room for interpretation, but I don't think this counts as "Clean Local":

[ 2013.11.10 20:46:09 ] Alyth Nerun > nullsec pvper and 24/7 miner Plato Krates please cease your illegal mining activities.
[ 2013.11.10 20:47:14 ] BadKitty Miau > illegal activity? someones being naughty
[ 2013.11.10 20:48:37 ] Alyth Nerun > he is afk anyway, that was just for the record
[ 2013.11.10 20:49:34 ] Alyth Nerun > Nekro Elder's you are illegaly mining in New Order territory without a permit. please shutdown your lasers or risk getting bumped.
[ 2013.11.10 20:49:50 ] Alyth Nerun > Nekro Elder's ty for ceasing your illegal mining activities
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:12 ] Nathan Gorden > What a dick move
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:13 ] Alyth Nerun > Molly VonDominus same goes for you
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:15 ] Nathan Gorden > this is free space
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:19 ] Nathan Gorden > LOL!
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:26 ] Nathan Gorden > Listen to this tard mart
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:35 ] Nathan Gorden > What a loser troll
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:36 ] Alyth Nerun > Nathan Gorden no it's not
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:40 ] Baphommet > I am entirely at your disposal Alyth, who should I bump?
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:40 ] Shadow Sklor > lol all alone making demands like this
[ 2013.11.10 20:50:56 ] Nathan Gorden > This is hilarious what a wanna be tool
[ 2013.11.10 20:51:09 ] Nathan Gorden > Alyth isnt even bro enough to make "Tool" status
[ 2013.11.10 20:52:02 ] Alyth Nerun > Baphommet everyone mining without a permit
[ 2013.11.10 20:52:42 ] Nathan Gorden > LOL Alyth is a lying sack of poo :P
[ 2013.11.10 20:52:47 ] Baphommet > I am not aware of who has a permit, so I'll just bump everyone you don't point out as being under your permission
[ 2013.11.10 20:52:52 ] Alyth Nerun > Nathan Gorden how so?
[ 2013.11.10 20:53:08 ] Nathan Gorden > This space isnt "owned" by anyone.
[ 2013.11.10 20:53:16 ] Baphommet > You're doing God's work Alyth

I also want to point out that I informed Baphommet how to identify miners with a permit and directed him to the information about how to become an agent of the New Order.

And here I have the "uncut" version of a conversation space lawyer Nathan Gorden mentioned previously. It should be obvious to everyone why I made the maybe a bit impolite note about Nathan Gorden's supposed age:

[ 2013.11.10 21:56:09 ] Nathan Gorden > LOL Alyth has a bad standing!
[ 2013.11.10 21:56:57 ] Alyth Nerun > Nathan Gorden I really start do doubt that you are old enough to play this game
[ 2013.11.10 21:57:17 ] Nathan Gorden > check my player age
[ 2013.11.10 21:57:42 ] Alyth Nerun > o\
[ 2013.11.10 21:57:45 ] Nathan Gorden > Alyth has a sec status -0.1
[ 2013.11.10 21:57:46 ] Slate Rin > what has that to do whit your real age?
[ 2013.11.10 21:58:00 ] Alyth Nerun > o\\
[ 2013.11.10 21:58:04 ] Nathan Gorden > lol
[ 2013.11.10 21:59:28 ] Nathan Gorden > Not much actually, however if you really wish to know, I can play the scam game too. 25mil to know my real age
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:03 ] BadKitty Miau > it should say his age on the permit
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:20 ] Alyth Nerun > Nathan Gorden I already know your age
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:30 ] Nathan Gorden > Oh? do enlighten me
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:34 ] Alyth Nerun > 12
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:40 ] Shadow Sklor > rofl!!!
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:45 ] Shadow Sklor > thats the age i thought you would say
[ 2013.11.10 22:00:45 ] BadKitty Miau > snap!

Re: Greetings from Frarn

Nathan Gorden
My point exactly, Local was nice and clean and then Alyth's scummy attitude and character began an exploitation scheme.

But wait, you did default to my better judgement on the matter:

[ 2013.11.10 22:03:18 ] Alyth Nerun > Shadow Sklor you should become a space lawyer
[ 2013.11.10 22:03:35 ] Adam SelbyMcClure > oh another space lawyer comment
[ 2013.11.10 22:03:40 ] Nathan Gorden > If you are going to represent a company, you need to get your shit in line Alyth, tisk tisk
[ 2013.11.10 22:03:42 ] Shadow Sklor > of course, i even read it and found that your failing it
[ 2013.11.10 22:03:56 ] Alyth Nerun > Nathan Gorden I believe you, you are the specialist on that subject here

Thank you for reinforcing my previous sentiments.

Then directly following is Adam expressing severe doubts on the validity of Miner Bumping due to Alyth's poor character. And Shadow clearly showing no remorse in wanting to seek an end to Alyth's terroristic techniques.

[ 2013.11.10 22:04:15 ] Adam SelbyMcClure > he isnt part of the company
[ 2013.11.10 22:04:20 ] Euthymius Sagetus Remak > pepper > salt! brownies > cookies!
[ 2013.11.10 22:04:29 ] Adam SelbyMcClure > he is just riding the coat tails
[ 2013.11.10 22:04:40 ] Alyth Nerun > Shadow Sklor what part am i failing then?
[ 2013.11.10 22:04:49 ] Shadow Sklor > obviously, hmmm gonna have to get ahold of the owner of new order, let emm no somebody is tarnishing there name, owell off i go

Also following, Frarn is not approved Miner Bumping sovereignty systems to begin with, which further discredits Alyths actions. As a shareholder I am disgusted by this overstepping of clearly defined boundaries.

Re: Greetings from Frarn

Bing Bangboom
Miners without permits are bot aspirants.  By choosing to not buy permits they have declared themselves on the side of the bots.

Alyth's actions are completely justified.  In fact, if Knights had been present the miners would have had more to complain of then being bumped.  Alyth was VERY clear about what was required.

  Why did they not comply?

The answer, of course, is that they are bot aspirants and therefore subject to bumping or ganking.  It could not be simpler.  I would have acted exactly the same if I had been the local Agent.

Additionally, New Order systems are systems with security status between .5 and 1.0.  Frarn clearly meets this.

Why are we even arguing about this? The only thing i noticed that annoyed me about alyth here and why so many got up into arms is because he was running an extortion ring, nothing more. He made a post on your forum to gain some 'legitmacy' in a low player mining, high pve player system for a quick buck, nothing more. Playing high and mighty and defending a scammer is not spreading any word or code of honor, merely hurting a good cause that has potential. And before alyth wants to try to defend himself from me, i will openly say that i am not a miner, nor was i affiliated with any of the few miners that were in system, i just seen a scam and stepped in, as many others did.
Have a good day and fly safe

Alyth, your credibility is dwindling more and more.

As per your recent contact addition:
Alyth Nerun has added you as contact with Terrible Standing
[Red Pen Violator]
Highsec miner rebel, space lawyer, refused to buy a permit, insulted the Supreme Protector himself

I am wondering, why am I red-penned when I actively support miner bumping in the areas that Miner Bumping prescribes to?
I am fighting for miners who are not in the systems that Miner Bumping does not operate in. Those systems are clearly stated in the maps section of this website.
I refused to buy a permit in the sections of space that Miner Bumping does not operate in. However, I fully support their actions in the systems they claim as listed on the website.
Furthermore, When did I insult James315?

I have to agree with Alanacharenteng on this, Alyth has conducted himself in a very supportive manner.  By these chatlogs he even remained calm and supportive when facing down rebels.

Ounce again thanks for the logs, it does make it easier to process red pen requests that way.

Re: Greetings from Frarn

Alyth Nerun
I'm immensely thankful for the support I get from you fellow agents and knights, this really means a lot to me.

We have to keep in mind that I am operating somewhat outside the ice belts where the CODE and the New Order has an established presents. As you may see, the rebel attitude of the locals is at times strong, but apart from harsh words there isn't an immediate danger to my work there.

I'm confident that things will cool off as the superiority of the CODE speaks for itself and this dangerous rebel thoughts will eventually vanish.

As to my corporation, this was simply a way to get out of the NPC corp. If that is a problem in any way or if it may be beneficial I will gladly switch to an official New Order corporation.

Sincerely
Agent Alyth Nerun

Integrity begins with honesty. As of right now your performance is utterly terrible.
